Toasted Bruschetta with tomato basil concasse,
freshly made burrata, with a balsamic drizzle.
Beet and Goat Cheese Napoleon on a bed of fresh greens, with fresh marinated cherries and
a white balsamic vinaigrette.
Entrée
Spinach & Feta Beef Roulade with a bordelaise sauce, served with Mediterranean vegetables, cauliflower rice, green beans and tomato salad tossed in Champagne vinaigrette.
Shrimp scampi Pasta with fresh vegetables tossed
in a silky tequila primavera sauce.
Herb Cheese Stuffed Portobello Mushroom with
creamy white bean puree, farm fresh vegetables
and shaved radish with white balsamic.
Desserts:
Chocolate ganache cake with bourbon smoke white chocolate ganache
Macerated Berries with balsamic drizzle and
bourbon whipped cream.
