Avocado mix, sliced tomato, poached egg and pickled red onion. Choice of 1 side.

Savory Sausage Gravy

Italian sausage, rosemary,

thyme, red pepper flakes and served over a Southern Biscuit.

Eggs Benedict 

Toasted artisan bread layered with Canadian bacon, sliced tomato, a poached egg, and Hollandaise sauce. 

Choice of 1 side.

Bourbon Cream French Toast

Prepared with a custard made of cinnamon, vanilla, Bourbon cream, and eggs. Served with chopped strawberries and Bourbon whipped cream.
